OUR GENDER EQUITY POLICY
Guerra Castellanos & Asociados is committed to promote equality between men and women and non-discrimination through a work environment that ensures equitable fair and impartial treatment, to foster the development of our collaborators, aimed at promoting balance between work and family.
Our policy includes the implementation of actions to prevent any kind of discrimination, violence and acts of harassment in the organization, as well as the signing partnerships with civil organizations to disseminate these principles. To do this, GC&A encourages the necessary actions and figures for the defense of human rights within the organization and promotion between other audiences.
CERTIFICATION ON GENDER EQUALITY
On 2010, GC&A obtained the "Certification on Gender Equality" awarded by Inmujeres to companies that promote equality in job opportunities for its staff. This makes us the first communication and public relations agency in Mexico to obtain this certification.
The distinction encourages men and women to fully develop their potential in the company, which results in an overall growth of each and all who are part of GC&A; it also contributes to keep improving the work climate in the agency.
This certification has been extended every two years based on continuous evaluation, identifying areas of opportunity on which we keep to work to ratify the certification obtained; but especially to continue strengthening the conditions of equity and equality between women and men.
